I had the pleasure of embroidering with LOFT at the Brinton Lakes location in Glen Mills, PA, for a national activation. Some of my peers in the embroidery industry and I were invited to various LOFT retail locations to embroider in-store for customers. Embroidery of 1 item was included with a purchase. I created a custom flash menu for LOFT with icons of their choice based on their clientele's preferences, and I recommended thread colors based on their current collection.
Because the event was nationwide, LOFT created consistent branded embroidery order forms utilized across all stores that included thread color, icon, initials or name. LOFT also sent me items ahead of the event to stitch on to create a rack of examples for customers to see all the various places they could have embroidery and give them ideas to keep in mind while they shopped.
It was such a delight to stitch for LOFT's regulars. You could tell how much the store associates cared about their clients and how personal the shopping experience was in that store. I adored the staff and couldn't help myself from taking advantage of their sale, which was going on at the same time, by purchasing a few denim items as I left!
